After moving to the Twin Cities, I have resumed badminton after decades. So far I have participated in three MN open tournaments including today’s team tournament. In the last two tournaments, I was not successful, but learned a lot, tremendously enjoyed, and proud to play alongside awesome players. Meanwhile, I kept practicing almost 4 days a week and won several club level tournaments. But I had high hopes of bagging something from the MN open. Friends and family, today is the day! The day I will remember many moons to come. Our team won the 2023 MN winter badminton team tournament. We become the champion in A bracket. It was a super fun event and I enjoyed every bit of it. I feel so proud of playing with and against some of the badminton maestros.
