Today marks the day for Hmong MN Badminton Club Tournament. This is the second most prestigious tournament after the Minnesota Open. I am happy to share that I participated in two events and bagged two trophies. Vignesh Asokan and I become runner up in Men’s Double. Anusha Liyanage and I claimed the Championship in the Mixed Double.

A huge shout-out to Bangladesh Athletic Club - Twin Cities for the opportunity to represent, practice, and support. I cannot express enough gratitude to all of you for coming to the venue and supporting me in this pursuit. Thank you, Arzu Khan, Shahriar Khan bhai, Syed Rashed Zaman. I am super lucky to have two youngsters chanting- go chacchu go! I won’t be able make it without you cheering me up, Ryan and Wania!
A special thanks to my family especially my beautiful wifey for managing home while I have been playing the whole weekend. I dedicate two trophies to my two sons and prize money to Suborna. With this tournament, Suborna is a few dollar richer. Ha ha!
I am super charged and ready for the Interstate Badminton tournament organized by the Bangladesh Sports Community of Chicagoland later this month.
